Hank the Pro pulls the caller against ServiceTitan in real time. Returning customers get greeted by name, their service history surfaces, and Hank knows what equipment is on the property.
Maintenance plan members get priority scheduling, named greetings, and the right service call rate quoted. Non members get pitched on the membership at the end of the call if you want.
Hank reads your tech roster, their zip coverage, and their skill tags. Bookings only happen against techs who can actually run the job. No Saturday tankless install on a Monday tech.
Caller gets an SMS confirmation with the 2 hour window, tech name, and truck photo the moment the job is booked. ServiceTitan logs the SMS as part of the job timeline.
Hank stores every call recording and transcript. We can push them into ServiceTitan as job notes so your tech knows exactly what the customer said before rolling.

Hank uses ServiceTitan's official API with OAuth based authentication. Two way sync covers customer records, jobs, dispatch board, technician assignments, membership tiers, and call recordings. No third party middleware.
ServiceTitan's built in AI Voice Agent is improving but is generalist by design. Hank is purpose built for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and remodeling shops, with trade specific intake scripts, deeper qualification logic (replacement vs repair scoring), and warm transfer to on call. Many shops run both. Hank is also CRM agnostic, so if you ever leave ServiceTitan, you keep Hank.
Yes. ServiceTitan API access is included with most ServiceTitan plans, but if your shop has not enabled it, your account manager can turn it on. We walk you through the OAuth grant during onboarding.
